In his 46 years responding to emergency calls in Frederick County, Clair Ebersole has often experienced frustration. “There is nothing more frustrating than going out, especially at night, and you can’t find the house,” he said. Emergency responders are often delayed while trying to locate a house — a problem the said could be remedied if addresses were properly posted on homes and businesses.
